Cancellation and Refund Policy for Taqwa Tours Umrah Packages and Flights (UK)

1. General Cancellation Terms:

1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through our official contact channels.
2. Refunds will be processed only after receiving a formal cancellation request and confirmation.

2. Umrah Package Cancellation Charges:

1. Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
2. Cancellation between 15 to 20 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost, excluding non-refundable third-party fees (e.g., visa, flights).
3. Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
Note: If you book an Umrah package and request a refund, we will refund the package price except the Umrah visa fee, which is non-refundable.

3. Flight Ticket Cancellation:

✔ Flight tickets are subject to airline policies and are generally non-refundable once booked and confirmed.

✔ If you book only the flight for Umrah, a refund will be provided only if you choose a flight that allows refunds on cancellation. In such cases, we will refund the complete flight amount as per airline rules.

✔ Passengers are advised to check airline-specific cancellation terms before booking.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

✔ Visa fees, insurance, and other third-party charges are non-refundable once processed.

✔ Any changes or cancellations related to these items will be subject to the respective provider’s policies.

Force Majeure:

Taqwa Tours is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government regulations. Refunds in such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
