We booked the 3-star package for our family. The hotels (BADR AL MASSA HOTEL in Makkah GRAND ZOWAR HOTEL in Madinah) were clean and functional, exactly as described for the price. The package delivered the essentials well: flights, visa, and transfers were all seamless. The 3-star hotels were decent and the location was acceptable. Be aware that, as is common with budget packages, meals beyond breakfast were not included. Just budget separately for food. Overall, a good, affordable option that does what it says.
